How to change names in Office 2007 - Business Contact Manager

I hate feeling like a fool but I've installed Office 2007 and, for the life
of me, I can not see how to change the Company name or First/Last Name for a
contact.

The only name fields I can see on the General tab that I can edit is Account
Name, Office and Display as: fields.

Anyone that can give me the simple explanation?
