HOW TO CREATE A DOCUMENT TO INSERT, FIND & SEND?

I want to achieve sending a created document for editing, from my computer to
the receiver.

I am a novice computer user

I will possibly be sending and retrieving this same document until finished.

Are you talking about emailing a document? I guess I don't understand your

Being a first timer is no excuse for SHOUTING!!!

Attach the document to an email. You can send email from within Word.
It's somewhere under "File". Try it.
