How to do a clean uninstall of Office 2003?

Trying to do a clean uninstall of Office 2003 to start over again. I want to
get rid of any old files so when I re-install its fresh and doesn't see
anything old.

I was actually referring to a post with a suggestion to format your HD
*along* with a winky.

You know, someone may not understand you intended it to be a joke
since they don't understand what a winky means.
