how to fix 452 insufficient system storage

I keep getting this message when I try to send a new post. I have gone to
Microsoft.com to try and troubleshoot it and haven't been able to. I have
Office 2003. Any ideas how to fix it? Thanks

That typically is a server error - you'll need to either delete some mail
from your mailbox or speak to your administrator.
