How to get good book format in Publisher 2003?

I have my book template as the standard landscape booklet format. I
have a 150 page
Word doc that I am just pasting in. I've created my text frame and hit
paste, and then
it automatically inserts 149 pages that have a different size
textframe, which make adding
headers impossible.

Is there a quick way to fix this problem so that all of my added pages
are in a decent
sized text frame that I can add a header on to the top of?

I fixed it by changing the text frame size and using insert text in the
insert menu
with Word 97-2003 as the format.
