Try finding and deleting the menu file CMDUI.prf in Windows Explorer

If that doesn't work try Reinstalling FP (make sure you are logged in w/ admin rights when you install)

and that is as far as I can get. I did try the "search" tool also to try to
find "cmdui.prf"
2)Have reinstalled FP several times to no avail. Will try again if you
think it is worth another try.
