How to I setup a field parameter using FrontPage 2003 forms?

I have an Frontpage Email for I created using the wizard feature. When I
received an email result I want the email address fill out on my form to show
that its not coming from (e-mail address removed) but the clients address that
they fill out on my form.
I now this is possible by setting a parameter but I don't know how to do it.

Thanks in advance to anyone who can help me.

Using FrontPage Extensions to process the form the email will always be from
the address set up in the extensions.

The replyto can be set to the clients address by setting the forms
properties:
In the form's property sheet, Options button, E-mail results tab
Reply-to line: tick Form field name box and type in the field name
containing the clients email address. The field name must match, including
spelling and CasE.
Click OK, click OK
