how to insert visio drawings with hyperlinks in word

I have created a drawing in VISIO (process diagram) that I want to insert in
a Word document. Some of the boxes in my diagram have a hyperlink to more
detailed descriptions of that process step. How can I make this hyperlink
from the visio drawing available when inserting the drawing in the Word
document?
