Draw a circle using the oval tool from the Draw tool bar at the bottom of
your work space. Rt. click on circle. Select Format Auto Shape. In the Fill
drop down menu select Fill Effects. Select the Picture tab. Hit the select
picture button and browse to find your image. Lock Aspect Ratio.

how to make a picture round

Which version of PowerPoint? It's very easy in PowerPoint 2007. Crop the
picture to make it square. Apply one of the round picture styles.
