How to prevent an inserted image from being copied?

I created a macro which inserts a file which contains an image of a person's
signature, and now I want to make it so if the document is sent by email to
prevent somebody else from being able to copy and paste that image. Is there
any way to make it so that the image cannot be copied nor manipulated in any
way, or another way to insert such an image?

Does the letter have to have the signature? Delete it and type the person's name.
There is no way you can keep folks from copying data you have sent them.
