We are trying to print a document with tracked changes showing. It seems to
work fine except for footnotes. If the footnote is edited you can see the
text with a line through it and the edits, but if the footnote is deleted you
only see the deleted superscript number in the body of the doc, and the text
for the footer is no where to be found. Is there a way to display that
deleted footnote text with the rest of the revealed edits/tracked changes,
and print it all out?
