how to replace

Using Word 2003 we have a product list of about 700 items which, once
imported into a colum in a word document, has the format of:

Hinge">hinge<



What we would like to be able to do is replace ">hinge< with nothing



WHat is the best way to do this

Display Find and Replace. Click More. Check Use WildCards.

Search for: \>*\<
Replace with nothing
