How do I save a PDF from the internet to OneNote and at the same time retain

You'll need to save the PDF then link it to the note as a file or just link
it to the internet copy.

You =could= use the OneNote Image Writer print driver. What it does is
take whatever's printed to it and sends it in as an image of the
printout into OneNote.
