how to see that I've set a Task for a contact in Contacts

Hi - I'm usi ng Outlook as a database system and am trying to have a way of
scanning quickly thru my Contacts list and checking that each Contact has a
Task set against it - I can't seem to add a Task criteria to the Contacts so
I can have this visible or a Contacts criteria to the Tasks so that I can
easily see if each Contact has a Task set - can anyone please advise if this
is possible and how?
