How to send monthly statements

We have a small business and need to send monthly statements out to different
businesses. I want to use a statement where I can insert the billing address
from a database on the statement and envelope and I want a statement that
calculates the balance due. What is the best way to do this? Thank you very

To do this you'll probably need a small business accounting program such as
Quick Books or Peachtree. We have used QB for over 10 years.
