In Project, you can set start time and Finish time. Then how to set LS,
ES, LF, EF? are those time same as Start TIme and Finish Time or need to
set manually for each tasks?
How how to set calculation for Free Slack automatically? or Need to
calc them and enter manually one by one?

If you are scheduling using default settings (schedule from start date)
then:

Start = Early Start
Finish = Early Finish
Start + Total Slack = Late Start
Finish + Total Slack = Late Finish

Project will calculate all of these automatically given a project start
date, task durations and dependencies. You never need to enter in start and
finish dates. And if you do, then project will treat them as constraints. So
don't do that if you want to avoid schedule constraints.

Those dates are not set manually, they are calculated doing Critial Path
Method scheduling. If you're not familar with these, you might want to look
them up and get at least some understanding of how CPM works. It will both
make Project easier to use and yield a great deal of useful information, if
you know how to interpret them.

Hope this helps in your world.

Hello KentZhou,

In addition to Jack and Dave's excellent advice, see the Schedule
table. (View > Table > Schedule). It will show Start, Finish, Late
Start, Late Finish, Free Slack, and Total Slack.

I hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.
