How to set manual print option for current document only.

I tried tweaking the settings in the Print Tab under Options, but it changes
my default settings for a documents I send to the printer. I use my
company's letter head for the specific document.

Go to File > Page Setup and change the paper trays there. This will only
affect your current open document.
