How to setup Outlook to use Exchange account to forward POP3 msg?

If I get a msg through the POP3 account, when I need to forward to Microsoft
Exchange users, the email gets sent through the POP3 account, and does not
reach the intended destination. I know how to tell Outlook to use the default
account for new messages, but I cannot get it to use the Exchange account on
all forwarded messages.
