How to stop automatically saving for a web meeting

When I click FILE to print or send the file, I have to scroll down dozens of:
Save for Web Meeting - pages of them.
I don't know why it is doing this and the list of Save for Web Meeting is
getting longer and longer. How do I stop this feature?

What's the file extension of your presentation file? Is it PWP instead of
PPT or PPS (PowerPoint 2003). That may be why you're getting prompted.

Do you have the Live Meeting add-in installed?
