how to transfer outlook email files to new user on pc

I am setting up a new user on pc using office professional 2003--what is best
way to transfer a large number of emails in my account to the other account
user on my pc

Copy the .pst file with Outlook closed, and then Open Outlook and Choose
Open from the File menu, then Outlook Data File... follow instructions...
