how to update publications based on template

Hi

1. I have a template.
2. I create a new page based on the template.
3. I make the design i want and save. All ok.
4. Now i make changes in the template.

How can I update changes done in the template in all pages/publications
using this template(I assume the template in "linked" with pages/publications"
