Hi
How would I convert an existing 2 page A4 landscape document to a
booklet?
I'm using 2007

Open a new worksheet in Publisher,
Do a Page setup as a booklet, you may want to link the pages.

Leaving Publisher open, open a second Publisher, open the A4 file and

copy/paste the text within the boxes.

The copying & pasting is a bit of a hassle to get it right

If you would have linked the pages when pasting an entire A4 page to a
booklet page, it would have filled the booklet page and automatically flowed
on to the next page/s.
