html formatting

i used to create emails using Frontpage for my business and they need to be
in html format. Now I have 2007 and am using Publisher and have been trying
for hours to create a email in html format and can't. Does anyone know how to
change it to html? I tried the publish as web page but it is all over the
page and my pictures don't work.

Thanks but it gets sent through my store software online not through outlook
so it has to be in html not in PDF etc. I have tried everything on that page.

any other ideas? I want Frontpage back.

Sharnie,
any other ideas?

Yeah, don't send it as html. Many people have html turned off in their
e-mail program. Or they get it via a cell phone or other gizmo.

What is wrong with putting a simple link in your e-mail message giving a
brief idea why your message is so very important and to click here to
see it?

The ONLY time (IMO) it is appropriate to send a page as html is when
someone has opted into a mailing list and asks to receive it that way.

Publisher is not a suitable upgrade from FrontPage. FrontPage's
replacement products are SharePoint Designer and Expression Web. Unless
you're developing for a SharePoint Server, the appropriate upgrade path
is to Expression Web.

Purchase options are listed at

(although some links are dead)
