I have created a - contact us form - on a website and want the "Submit"
button to send that information to me in an email. When I go to view the
website, I get an error message when I click on it. Saw a similar posting,
but still could't find how to fix this.

Also, trying to set up an application form that is in a .pdf that can be
accessed by clicking, then clicking to submit.

Can someone PLEASE help me? I am deperate, and this is my first website
creation!

Kinda regards,
Debbie

Since you have read the solutions, you can probably answer these questions:

What version of Publisher are you using?
Are you using Vista?
If you are using XP, then are you using IE6 or IE7?
Are the FPSE on your host enabled and working?
What is the URL of your website?

As per your second question, reference:Including external files in a
Publisher web:

Debbie,

What program did you use to create the pdf? Not many have the capability
of allowing a submit button that works.
