Hyperlinking to MS Word

Could anyone tell how to do either of the following:

Hyperlink from project to an MS Word bookmark or
Hyperlink from MS word to a Project Task

At present I can only link to the file not a specific place within it,
unless I link between two projects. I need to create a Project Scoping/Intro
document that links to the project tasks. Am I climbing the wrong tree here?
Can info from project be exported into word?

Any help most appreciated.
