I am having problems opening jpeg's sent by e-mail

I cannot seem to open any jpegs which are sent to my Outlook account. If I
double click on the file, I get an error message telling me Picture Manager
encountered an error and had to close. I now have to save every file and
then open it from a directory. This doesn't happen with any other type of
file e-mailed to me. Any suggestions?

Use a different viewer such as Windows Picture and Fax Viewer or www.irfanview.com (A
free viewer)

To associate the images with a different viewer, right-click any .jpg, properties,
opens with...change.

If the problem persists you might think about an upgraded video driver.
