I am on Xp and have ms office 2000. the outlook version doesnt .

I am on XP with MS office suite loaded and the outlook program does not
function. Outlook Express does. I have an msn and hotmail account also. Is
there an update or configuration trick needed or will it just not work on XP
home edition
