I can't find Herma 8830 in label templates

However, when I try to create a new label based on the same dimensions and
name - Word says that Herma 8830 already exists... however I cannot find it!

Have you looked in the list of Herma labels? It is there!

Hello Graham,
Actually - I found that my version of Word only has 4 different label
template names, Herma isn't one of them... I compared with a colleague's
computer's MS Word and they have a much more extensive selection... I am
updating my software now, thanks for the suggestion.
