I changed tabs to .3 - how do I save whole doc with this setting?

I have a 113 pg document. I changed the tab settings from .5 to .3. When I
leave the document and save it, this changes. The next time I open the
document, all of the tab stops are back to .5. How do I save my document
with the .3 tab stops?

What version Publisher are you using? Has this document always been edited in
your present version?
There is an article that addresses tabs that won't stick. Might help.

Custom tabs that you previously set in Publisher 2000 are not saved when you
save a publication in Publisher 2002 or in Publisher 2003
