I click the save in box and it takes over a minute to open

In fact each Office program can hang like this, level by level, as I navigate
to the desired file location. I've run detect and repair but no change. Any
suggestions?

Right-click on the My Computer icon on the Windows desktop,
left-click on Disconnect Network Drive, and disconnect any mapped
drives that are not currently available.
