I-con Picture and Text in Cell

I have a cell within an Excel spreadsheet that contains both text and an
I-Con picture that I manually put into the textual cell. I get into trouble
and the I-Con picture within the cell gets all distorted when I sort the
spreadsheet. Is there any way that I can prevent this from happening and make
the cell all encompassing of both the text and the I-Cons??? I would like the
I-Con to stay within the textual cell as it helps me understand what I'm
trying to do within the Excel spreadsheet which is why I don't want to make
it a picture or some other sub-set of the cell.

Thanks in advance for your review and possible solution.

After digging within this AWESOME Forum...

When creating an I-Con Picture or any picture for that matter, you can
Insert the Picture, size it, and move it into a cell. The actual picture sits
on top of the worksheet…NOT within the cell itself. When inserting or sorting
the spreadsheet, you need to prevent the picture from being distorted and
moving with the row and cell it is contained in.

Within the Cell…
â— Double-Click the picture or <Click> on the Picture and then <Right Click>
â— That will open up the Format Picture Dialog Box
â— Go to the Properties Tab
â— Check Radio Move and Size with Cell
