I have been locked out of all of my office applications!

I recently re-installed my office 2003, but can no longer create new
documents in word, meetings in outlook or new presentations in Powerpoint!
What did I do wrong? How can I fix it?

Did you activate it? Is this a full version or did you try to reinstall some
sort of a trial version?
