i have changed my name but how do i remove my old signature

after getting divorced i had my name changed but on my computer the signature
is my old name , how do i delete that one and put in my new name. The company
name also needs to be deleted but how do i did it..... Please help or advise

You can change your name on the User Information tab of Tools | Options. How
you change the Company Name depends on the version of Word.
