I have grouped objects and text files. How can I scale them down.

In Publisher I have a page with both clip art objects and text boxes. I want
to copy the whole page and paste it into another document, where I want to
scale the whole thing down to a fraction of its size. I have grouped all the
objects. All the clip art objects scale down equally, but the text in the
text boxes does not scale down and just disappears. Can anyone help me out
here please?
