I have links in my tools menu, how do i remove them?

I have links to flashget and some other programs when i scroll down the tools
menu in IE, i'd like to remove them. Can someone please help me?

I don't see the connection with Office but try this and if it is not
what you want, try a group for your particular version of IE:

Use Regedit.exe and remove the item. It should be under here:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Extensions
