Hello,

I have 2 monitors for 1 computer. How do I view 2 presentations at the same
time, one on one monitor, the other on the second monitor. If I "Arrange
all", I can only view on 1 monitor. Example I can open 2 excel, drag one
excel on one screen(cannot be in maximized view), open Excel again and there
I have another spreadsheet on the other monitor. Any Ideas?

You can drag the right border of PowerPoint window to the right of your
second monitor to have a single PowerPoint window spanning both your
monitors. Then select "Arrange All" to get one presentation on one monitor.

If you want each monitor to display a different slide show, you would need
to use an add-in like PowerShow
(http://officeone.mvps.org/powershow/powershow.html).
