I have been tasked to plan an entire week of events. You will find at the
bottom a list of all of the events that need planning - obviously some more
tedious that others. I am looking for a template that incorporates as many of
these events as possible. I may also have to combine several templates as
well. Please let me know if you have any assistance on the matter.

Andre,
Your post talks about a list attached to the "bottom". There is no list
and furthermore including attachments to newsgroup posts is discouraged
(it causes some readers to have problems when viewing messages).

If we knew more about what kind of tasks you are doing, we could
probably be or more help, and a template may not be appropriate.

I think you need to get critical stakeholders for each event together and
get agreement from each group on what will make each event successful given
the likely constraints (Date, Cost etc) you will have for each event. Then
brainstorm what you are going to do for each and create a schedule that
shows how it will all be achieved. I would have one schedule for each event.

I don't think there will possibly be templates that will tell you all the
tasks you need to successfully deliver for each event. Obviously there are
some like book acts, but if you can't think of that one you're probably in
deep trouble?!!
