i need help with the trim line

HI
i would like to know how do i insert the trim line into my business card
template?
i save my design as a jpeg and upload it to vistaprint.com but it always get
cut i dont know how to insert the trim line or full bleed? whats the
difference between both? thanks

Maybe I don't understand your question but are
you saying you upload one card and the printer
prints multiples per sheet and then cuts them
incorrectly? Or are you saying you upload the
full template of 10 cards on a page...and when
you receive the printed sheets you do not know
where to cut them?

Full bleed means a printer can print to the edge
of the paper with no borders.

HI THANKS
i make a business card in publisher and i save it as jpeg and upload it to
vistaprint to print, but i have problems everytime because i dont leave the
space for the trimming, i dont know how to leave that space . (sorry for my
language)

Adjust your .jpg as a 2 x 3.5 image in Paint or some other editing program. Or
in Publisher, select all, group, right-click, click format object, size tab.
Save as a picture.

thanks, yes i make that process but what i dont know is which are the margins
or trim size i have to leave for the cutting and how to i get those trim
lines in my card??

Mary Sauer

I would think a service that makes business cards would know where the cutting
lines are. Business cards are pretty much standard. Draw a rectangle around your
card, give it a small weight point.
