I need some help

I installed office professional in my daughters computer, and then three days
later, we started having computer problems. So when I took it in to have it
checked out, they told me my hard drive is givving out and it won't last
long. So now my question is I want to uninstall it so I can download it to
the new computer that I'm going to have to buy, but what about the "produck
key code" and how can I talk to someone to help me out on this, so as I don't
have to keep buying more and more softwares? Thank you in advance.

Hi, Sally,

You won't have to uninstall it. You will be able to install it on your new
computer with the CDs you used to install it on the current computer. The
key code is on the back of the CD case that your software is in. If you
have trouble with Internet activation of the product (because it detects a
different hard drive), then just use the Telephone activation method and
explain the situation to the operator.
