i receive the same email twice or even 3 times

hi,

i'm now using outlook 2003 and was before on outlook 2002
(both the student version).

many emails i receive twice or even 3 times at the same
time. mainly newsletters and ebay-emails. i have not
subscribed with various email-addresses and checked, that
it's all going to the same address.

can anyone help please ???
