i used pfbackup, but when try to open backup get error

i start using pfbackup and works fine, but when try to open backup to recovery get the error the file may be not compatible wjit these version or it mau be corrupted. i used the comand inbozrepair and fix the file but still not access

I suggest not using it. Try running scanpst.exe on your PST and see if you
can then access it.
there are various backup methods available. look here:
