Icons disappearing

Hi,

I am using Visio 2000 to build logical network diagrams. I have set up my
page drawing size to be quite big so I can fit it all on. The problem I am
having is that when I export the page to a .bmp or a web page, some of the
icons disappear! All network connectors and boxes are still there, just the
icons are gone.

The icons seem to be disappearing from the area outside the printing region.
I have the printer paper size set to A3 but the drawing size is bigger than
this, and the icons disappear from the region outside of the A3 region. I
confirmed that this is this case by setting the printer paper size to A4 and
then when I exported I lose even more of the icons!

Does anyone know what this could be? Is it some kind of bug?

Visio 2000 had some bugs in the graphics filters that prevented some shapes
from showing up in the raster image. I'm not sure if there was a patch for
this or not. I looked on MS's site, but didn't see one.
