if i have mirosoft office basic can i get upgrade w/ publisher or.

i have microsoft office basic edition 2003. i do not have publisher. can i
do an upgrade- free so i can obtain publisher. or do i need to purchase
publisher.

There is no free upgrade to Publisher. You will have to purchase Publisher,
but you may qualify for upgrade pricing if you have an older version of
