I need to be able to keep a database of info for clients and prospects. Which
Office program would work best for me. And not the CONTACT section of OUTLOOK.

Well your other options depend on what version of Office you have.
1) Business Contact Manager (Office Small Business Edition, and Pro.)
2) Access (Pro.)
2) Excel (all editions of Office.)
Only you can decide which would work best for you.

Also, I have run across one (plugin?) for Outlook Contacts specifically for
realtors. I would expect there are others for other businesses. But then, you
didn't want to use Outlook Contacts, did you?
