The SHORT:
My graphic is duplicating itself in the size specified as if it were a movie
presentation with the frames scrolling past. The image is a "square" and the
top half is the top half of the graphic, and the bottom half is the top half
duplicated. (The bottom half is not visible, seemingly covered up. The new
"square" has two top half graphics instead of a full "square" graphic with a
top and a bottom.
The LONG:
I have an image [clip art] in Publisher 2003 (j0399972.jpg) which I did a
search for using the program's option to search in Clip Art and my search for
items associated with Nature gave me the jpg file. It is a neat little beach
graphic. I placed it on my document and underneath it was a text box. I
selected the jpg and brought it to front. Looking at the document as a hole,
it looked fine. I had some small jpgs (also from the search) that were not
overlayed or touching each other. Those graphics did not have any problems.
I noticed that the image appeared to be split exactly where the text box
(white with black lettering) started on the leading edge. I then moved the
text box outside the graphic alltogether, making sure the margins did not
touch that graphic or any other, still the same effect. I did not change
anything else, the graphic still is the top graphic overlaying the bottom
graphic with the top half graphic.
I was thinking , just before I posted this, that I might have resized the
graphic, however, I did the same with some of the other graphics on the
document I am working on.
Unsure of how to fix this. Hopefully I will get some assistance.
Thank you.
