I have an IMAP account where I manage several domain names and various emails
for each domain. If I set up an IMAP account for each domain/email (like I
would do for a POP account), my pst file crashes because it is downloading
the same IMAP file multiple times.
What I would like to do, if possible, is to find a simple way for me to
assign BOTH a signature (which is easily done) with the correct return
address for each email/domain without having to go and change the return
email in the account setting each and every time. Is this even possible with
Outlook? Thanks...
