Hello all,
I'm having a problem with an IMAP account in Outlook.
When I open my account folder I can see the Inbox has a '+' next to it
denoting it has sub-folders. However, this '+' sign quickly dissappears and I
can't access my IMAP account Inbox sub-folders.
I have tried Send/Recieve Groups to make sure all sub-folders are 'checked'
and I have ensured that I am 'Subscribed' to all folders in the IMAP account
(both suggestions I found within this Outlook discussion forum).
Now I'm all out of ideas, can anyone help?
Phil
PS. if I right-click and go to 'IMAP Folders' then either click OK or Cancel
the '+' reappears and I can access the sub-folders. However, I see this as a
bit of a 'work-around' and I'd rather just have them visible at all times if
possible?!?
