Import and Export Wizard

Is it possible to automate the steps that the "Import and
Export Wizard" in Outlook 2003 uses when importing
internet mail and addresses? I have looked at using
macros and the Office Custom Installion Wizard but found
nothing that enables these steps to be automated.
