Import Contacts Problem

I am trying to import from and Access db and it worked the first two or three
times. I would see other fields that needed to be added and I would make the
change and re-import. Everything worked fine. I went to make one more change
and this time when I went to import, the destination window looks like a
white cat drinking milk in a snow storm. It is blank, nothing shows up. Any
suggestions?

I have seen the question come up several times so let me just state that I am
using Outlook2003.
