Import current Contacts into a new customised form

J

J. Callaghan

Hi, I currently have many contact in Outlooks default form and also in a form
that was included in an add-in which I do not want.

I have now created my own form which includes new user-fields of which some
of my contacts have data associated with these fields.

What I want to do is have all my current contacts details in my new form. Is
there a qucik and easy way to do this, because the only way I know is to
re-enter all the contacts manually into the newly created form.

This will do what you're looking for both in completing a bulk update of the
message class as well as allowing you to do a bulk delete of contacts
matching a specific message class.

You can download the program (ContactGenie Message Class Modifier <CG-MCM>)
from this link (it's free) - http://www.contactgenie.com/cgtmcm.htm
